The rooftop pool was AMAZING! Perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. However, the cleanliness could use improvement—had moldy pillows and missing towels. Overall, a decent stay.

the grand hyatt has an amazing lobby that instantly impresses. the location is perfect, between the gulch and west side, just a quick walk to broadway honky tonks. i appreciated the friendly service, especially the bartender at the rooftop bar. the city view from my spacious room was stunning!
